Unloading mechanism

A truck backs onto the adjustable platform and tips; the material drops into the hopper and is conveyed away at a controlled rate. The frame inclination and platform height adjust to the truck and to the receiving yard or line.

VFD motors trim power to the live load, so the unloader draws only what it needs and runs smoothly through start-stop delivery cycles.

Models and adjustment

TU1215 and TU1218 use a 1200 mm belt over 15 m and 18 m, discharging at 4.1 m and 5.1 m, stockpiling 100-200 m³ at 700 t/h with bulk weights of 160-320 t. The platform and hopper are sized to the truck fleet.

Bottom-mounted wheels give site-to-site mobility, while the steel truss keeps the structure light and rigid under impact.
