Low-profile feeding design

The receiving hopper sits low so a wheel loader tips without raising its body fully, reducing cycle time and spillage. Material is drawn onto the belt and lifted by the hydraulically angled boom to the discharge head.

Outriggers deploy for stable operation, and the crawler undercarriage plus self-travel lets the unit advance with the work face or move between pads without outside help.

Models and customization

Standard LTS1020, LTS1024, LTS1220 and LTS1224 span 1000 and 1200 mm belts at 20 m and 24 m, discharging at 8.3-9.8 m and stockpiling up to 1578 m³ at 500 or 700 t/h. Hopper volume is tailored to the feeding equipment.

Fully custom machines are built to specific duty, including special hopper shapes for sticky or coarse material. The head section folds hydraulically for road and container transport.
