Unloading principle

Tipping trucks, dumpers or wheel loaders discharge into the large hopper; the belt feeder draws material out and carries it to the slewing discharge boom. The 120° slew spreads the product into a broad pile without moving the machine.

By accepting trucks directly, the unloader eliminates the wheel-loader shuttle that conventional setups require, so a single operator clears a queue faster and at lower cost.

The RTU1215 runs a 1200 mm belt over 15 m, discharging at 7.1 m and stockpiling 594 m³ at 700 t/h. The independent tracked chassis and hydraulic fold make it simple to relocate and to ship in a container.
