How the tracked radial stacker operates

Material is fed from a crusher or screener into the conveyor, which carries it to a discharge head mounted on a swinging radial axle. Hydraulic wheel drives rotate the axle through a full 360 degrees around the fixed feed point, sweeping material into a ladder-fan pile.

The hydraulic feed-height system matches the conveyor to the growing pile, reducing impact and preserving belt life. An optional automatic stockpiling control can run the sweep pattern without an operator at the controls.

Build and transport configuration

Three belt widths (800, 1000, 1200 mm) pair with 20 m and 24 m lengths. Capacities are 300, 500 and 700 t/h respectively, and weights run 15-19 t, light enough for a standard low-loader.

For export the machine folds and packs into a container; on site it tracks under its own power, so deployment after a mobile crushing plant is quick.
