How the radial wheeled conveyor works

Material enters at a fixed feed boot and rides a single troughed belt to the discharge head, where it is dropped onto the stockpile. Because the wheels carry the slewing function, the operator simply rotates the machine about the feed point to change the drop location without repositioning upstream equipment.

A hydraulic folding head section lowers the tail and boom for transport, and a removable counterweight bracket means the user can add site ballast instead of shipping dead weight. The result is a conveyor that moves between duties as easily as a wheel loader, but without the loader’s fuel and labor cost.

Configuration and power options

Three belt widths (800, 1000, 1200 mm) pair with lengths from 9 m to 30 m, so the same platform serves a small yard or a 3600 m³ stockpile. Capacity scales to 300, 500 or 700 t/h depending on belt and material.

Power is selectable: a diesel hydraulic pack for off-grid sites, a direct electric motor where a shore supply exists, or a hybrid that runs from either. The hybrid option lets a port switch to grid power at berth and engine power in the field.

Where it earns its keep

The machine suits any site where the handling point moves: ports, docks, rail yards, coal stores, warehouses, sand and gravel yards, farms and construction compounds. In the tracked radial stacker family it is the lightest, quickest-to-move member.

It handles sand, coal, gravel, aggregates, recycling and demolition material, iron ore, topsoil and rock. For longer point-to-point transfer the same duty is often covered by a grasshopper transfer conveyor laid end to end.

Sizing and site tips

Match belt width to your crusher or screener output rather than to peak truck volume; a 1000 mm belt at 500 t/h covers most aggregate yards. Choose length by the radius you must cover — a 30 m unit on a 360° slew forms a circular pile far larger than its footprint suggests.

If you run inside a fenced terminal with shore power, take the electric or hybrid drive to cut noise and fuel. For remote sites, the diesel pack with hydraulic fold keeps the unit self-contained.
