Dredged sand arrives in loose, wet loads that are awkward to tip into tall hoppers. The yard wanted a low, wide feed point loaders could hit quickly.

SANTO supplied a low feeder track stacker with a low-profile hopper and variable-speed belt feeder. Loaders discharge easily, and the tracked chassis moves along the growing pile.

The hybrid drive runs from yard power or the onboard engine, suiting the remote, often unpowered dredging site.

At up to 700 t/h the stacker keeps the dredger flowing and removes loader shuttling to the pile, cutting fuel and wear.
